Scope of Service

Webb Marketing Services Ltd (“Webb Marketing”) provides SEO services which may include keyword research, content writing, technical SEO, backlink outreach, site audits, Google Business Profile optimisation, reporting, and other agreed-upon deliverables.

Content Ownership & Use

All content (including but not limited to blog posts, landing page copy, and metadata) created by Webb Marketing becomes the property of the client once full payment for the associated invoice is received. Until payment is made in full, all content remains the intellectual property of Webb Marketing and may be withheld, unpublished, or removed.

Content Accuracy

It is the client’s responsibility to review and approve all content for factual accuracy, legal compliance, and brand alignment. Webb Marketing is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims resulting from the use of inaccurate or outdated information published on the client’s website or marketing platforms.

Payment Terms

Invoices are issued monthly (unless otherwise agreed) and are due within 7 calendar days of issue. After 14 days, if payment is not received, all services may be paused without notice until the account is brought up to date. Persistent non-payment may result in termination of services and removal of unpublished or unpaid-for content.

SEO Performance Disclaimer

Webb Marketing does not guarantee specific results or rankings from SEO work. Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties and are subject to change without notice. While best practices and data-driven techniques are applied, performance outcomes can vary based on market conditions, competitor activity, and other factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

Webb Marketing shall not be held liable for any loss of income, loss of data, drop in rankings, penalties, suspension of accounts, or other damages (direct or indirect) arising from:

• Client changes to the website or hosting
• Technical issues on the client’s side
• Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client
• External algorithm updates or search engine penalties

Indemnity

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Webb Marketing, its employees, subcontractors, and partners from any claims, damages, legal fees, or losses arising out of:

• Content published by the client
• Client failure to review or edit delivered work
• Misuse or misrepresentation of SEO recommendations or deliverables
• Breach of these terms

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide timely access to websites, CMS, and analytics platforms as needed
• Review and approve content within reasonable timeframes
• Communicate goals, changes, and relevant business updates to ensure accurate targeting and messaging
• Notify Webb Marketing of any changes to website infrastructure that may impact SEO performance

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate ongoing SEO services with 30 days’ written notice. Any outstanding fees must be paid before transfer or release of any content or assets. Prepaid services are non-refundable once work has begun.
